REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

VINTAGE ITEMS: Due to the nature of vintage items, all sales of these items are final. Moxy does not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for vintage items. We do our best to accurately photograph and describe all items and welcome any questions you have about an item. Be sure to contact us prior to purchase. If however you do have a complaint or we missed something in our description, please be sure to contact us so we can work something out. We want you to be happy! 

NEW GOODS: New market goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items to be returned or exchanged must be in the same condition as when they were purchased. Naturally, soiled, damaged or broken items will not be accepted. 

DAMAGES: Damages during shipping are rare occurrences, but can happen. If damage has occurred to your Moxy purchase, please keep the item and all the packing materials. Photos of damage and making the item available to the shipper for inspection will be required for a full refund.
